Excursion Reservations and Deposit Payment

To secure your spot on the desired excursion, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance.

To confirm the reservation, a deposit must be paid. Once the payment is received, your reservation is considered confirmed, and the remaining amount is paid as agreed or on the day of the excursion.

In case of cancellation by the guest:

• the deposit is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed or the excursion is cancelled by the organizer,
• the reservation can be transferred to another person with prior notice and approval.

In case of unfavorable weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that require the organizer to cancel the excursion, the guest may choose a new date.
